awhile back a place i go to here in so cal called baja fresh, i dont know if they are nationwide or not?
they used to have cebolitos as a side order.
than one day it was gone.
anybody have a home recipe they want to share or used to work there.
ingredients?
how to cook em? |

there's a baja fresh in chino over here,and i do admit,their salsa bar is pretty decent.
however,
cebolla can be prepared a number of ways..just depends on what's being prepared and how cebolla will compliment it..
if you can get a pic of the onions in question,maybe i can see what's in it ,more or less..
every culture is gonna have an "interpretation" on what food is,so it's kinda hard to narrow down the flavor as no 1 way is concieved better than another..just depends on the demographic i guess  |

grilled cebollitas of the type you see at Baja Fresh or other taco shops are simply green onions, salted & peppered, then grilled. If you want to get fancy or hometown, zap em with lime juice before you toss them on the grill, then sprinkle while they're on there. |
