Its cold, its easy to make up, and its grubbin
I package Immitation crab get a BIg one
Mayo or Miricle whip depending on how you were raised
Onion , sweet or whatever your preference
Green Olives, or black if you prefer
Dill lots of Dill
LIME JUICE its essential don't make it with out it and use alot
Kosher salt, seasalt, Lawrys for my ghetto friends
Black Pepper crushed or out the can
THROW it in a bowl and beat the hell out of it
make a sandwich to hold you over with
Put the remains in the fridge overnight
the dill kicks in better if it has time to chill
Stuff your favorite nonwhitebread and top with tomato and lettace
also slammin on a Ritz
Great anytime typa too hot ta cook or bring a sandwich ta work grub
Ideal with cheddernsourcream chips |

Add some cajun seasoning to that Pollock mixture. MMM MMM so tasty. I never thought about Remoulade with it before. I will try that. |

There's a pub here in Atlanta that has a homemade Remoulade that comes with their fish and chips. I could eat that shit on anything.. |

Cream cheese is actually better than mayo. I've been making this stuff for years. I've never used the olives or lime juice, but the same basic ingredients. |
