the best way i have found is to make a jig that your boards will sit in, in the same place every time and then it is just a matter of lining up the screens and locking them in place. also be very generous with your trapping when doing the colour separations.

print wet on wet, very common. if you don't have a multi color press then you may have mor difficulty and would need to to have the graphics seperated that allow for better trapping on the next few colors.

here is a three color i did this afternoon.

first i laid the white: http://home.comcast.net/~ugsb/one.JPG

then the grey: http://home.comcast.net/~ugsb/two.JPG

then the black: http://home.comcast.net/~ugsb/three.JPG

i let the ink dry for about 20 minutes between colors ... but normally i would let it dry for at least an hour if i have the time.
i still need to lay down the team name and then it should look like this proto-type i did earlier: http://home.comcast.net/~ugsb/finala.JPG

hope that helped in some way.

howie

Hey Howie,
This is Jeff from Flint. I bought one of your decks from you last year.. That looks cool, good job. I like the black red and yellow background one.

Outt..

Can you use a shirt screen on the nose and tail?
