Does any one know how to print more than one color with airdry ink?? We have one color down...but we need a better way to register two colors..... |

the best way i have found is to make a jig that your boards will sit in, in the same place every time and then it is just a matter of lining up the screens and locking them in place. also be very generous with your trapping when doing the colour separations. |

print wet on wet, very common. if you don't have a multi color press then you may have mor difficulty and would need to to have the graphics seperated that allow for better trapping on the next few colors. |

damn thats rad, could you give me some tips on what kind of paint to use and where to get mesh for a deck screen and what type of mesh.
Can you use a shirt screen on the nose and tail?
