..man I really dig Vodka sauce. It's another type of pasta sauce....good as hell. I just buy it in the glass jar.......here's an easy recipe I make about once a month i just threw down......the only pasta dish i really cook.....
Get ya some Vodka sauce
Steam a couple heads of brocolli
Marinate some chicken breasts with some olive oil and some white wine laying around.........and some thyme, oregano, garlic powder.....etc. chop some onions to go w/ it.
make some rotelle pasta
cook the chicken n onions
mix the brocolli n pasta together when cooked........(chop the brocolli up big time first)
serve the pasta w/ chicken, pour heated sauce over it and shred some mozzarella cheese over it................bombeezy !!!!
easy and delish !!!!!!! |

I've been doing a super easy pasta with fresh romas, basil garlic and olive oil. its pretty good.. use the exact same thing on baguette slices and broil for a few minutes and you got a kick ass bruschetta
never messed with trying to make actual sauce tho.. vodka sauce is killer..
mmmm pasta. |

....newman's own is the brand i get also......they did carry another more expensive brand at Albertsons.

| Pomodoro at the corner of Spring and Mulberry St. in NYC has a Vodka slice. Pizza with vodka cream sauce instead of the typical red stuff. It's fucking amazing. |
