i bought a 1000 watt halogen setup consisting of 2 side by side 500w halogens. if i used them like this would i have problems with undercutting?Or should i just use one lamp?Im thinking about mounting it overhead rather than under to try to deflect a little heat from the glass. |

i burn my screens with those construction side by side halogens and i face the lights down at the screen & i have no problems in burning screens.i keep it about a a foot & 1/2 above the glass. hope this helps |

What exposure time are you getting with this setup?Im using ulano qx1.I know it varies with different emulsions screens and mesh color but im trying to get a rough idea of where to start . thanks! Kevin |

im using ulano QTX and i am exposing screens for about 2.5 min 3 tops. |
