Taco Chicken?!?

I was going to make some boneless teryaki chicken the other night and I was out of teryaki sauce! I was looking in the cabinet and saw the pack of taco sauce that Dubs gave me for secret santa so I said hmmm what the hell. I took the powdered sauce and put about a cup of water and a few packets of soy sauce (we eat a lot of chinesse food) and threw it in the microwave to get it hot so the poweder would dissolve. I cut up the chicken and threw in the sauce and cooked it for 25 min in the over at 375. It was actually really good! My wife said it was a little spicy but Cohen and myself ate it up! So if you get bored and want to try something good just go to the cabinet and experiment!!
