Been hearing a lot of hype about the chain burger place, Red Robin, lately and decided to check it out today.
Bunk.
Shitty wings, Cold, previously frozen, flavorless burger patties, those fucking horrible fucking steak fries that never get cooked correctly and terrible music being played too loudly while God's precious miracles ran ramant, squealing around the whole resaturant. Plus, it was expensive.
Mrs. Zodiac said that her fish & chips was allright, but nothing special. I want to give it one more shot, though, before I burn it to the ground.
Anyone else? |

That would be the Banzai Burger. I also like the California Chicken Burger and instead of the fries I usually get a side ceaser salad that my son most often eats half of.... |

I have a few friends (who's food opinions I trust) who said that they had a good meal there. That's why I want to give it another shot before adding it to "the list". All I'm saying is that I had a pretty crappy first dining impression.
They do seem to have a fairly interesting menu. Just don't get your hopes up is all I'm sayin'. |

They used to have them here and they were great. They pulled most of them out of Calgary a few years ago. |

That's never a good sign. When decent eateries up and vanish. |
