Not as bad as not having In-N-Out anymore, but did not think I would ever see this stuff again. At least not in a store around here.

Anywho just got back from Malbis. They have a Cost Plus.

Bottle of Sriracha (17 oz): $2.99 !

I think you can just about get it anywhere these days.. thanks goodness.....

Pizza w/ranch and the rooster=delicious!

Maui sweet onion chips crushed w/the rooster and avacado, instant delicious guacamole. Try it! Do it!

at the bar I work at, I used to make "Kung Pao chicken wings" as a special once in a while..... although I never usually give up my own recipies to anyone, I'm happy to share this here on S&B....
This sauce is great on chicken or pork and shrimp.

Kikoman terriyaki glaze ( NOT teriyaki sauce, it's too thin and watery)

Sriracha hot sauce

a few dashes of QUALITY toasted sesame oil, don't get cheap on this, get a good brand.

optional- a spoonfull or two of honey, some fresh chopped garlic.
after coating cooked meat with the sauce, (don't put sauce on before cooking, it'll burn), sprinkle with black sesame seeds as a garnish.

experiment with the teriyaki/ sriracha ratio to suit your own spicieness tolerance.

This sauce will make you the Big Man at your next barbecue.
