Ok,
Lets see your Vaccuum tables, Lazer registration, and the tech equipment you use, aside from the screens and the squeegy.
I have been looking into vinyl large format printing, and heat transfer printing latley. I would love to see your solutions for vac table registration.

here's what i have, i print stickers - posters - cd's - boxes - coasters - etc.., it's not large format but it works for me now. for registration i use tape and note cards cut and folded into corners. for cd's i tape down 4 nickels equal distance around the outside and use the numbers on the clear inner part of the cd for the registration. not the most perfect but it works, i used to have a job printing the gauge faceplates for airplanes and it was about the same set up.
