ORDER OF THE SKULL ORDER OF THE SKULL

this is an easy to prepare meal.

sorry for the measurements but i'm using metric.

500gm cervapcici (skinless sausages) or substitute other sausages
400gm tin whole peeled tomatoes
4 medium potatoes cut in 2cm cubes
1 cup frozen peas
1 onion sliced
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 litre beef stock
1 cup red wine
1 carrot chopped
8 mushrooms cut in 1/2

Panfry sausages until brown. cut into bite size pieces.
Fry onion until brown.
Put all ingredients into either a stockpot and simmer gently until potatoes tender.

Easy, cheap and tasty. Bon appetit
