No shit. That'd be rad!

I'm hoping I can go out this time and harvest one myself�apparently the furthest thing from shooting fish in a barrel and extremely dangerous.

Last year they had to hold off a bull with a tractor with a bucket on it while the others escaped the 20 acre enclosure. That was after it took 3 45-70 hits to the head.

My grampa makes burgers like this, except with provolone cheese in the middle.

Also, his other trick is to wrap the edge of the patty with a slice of bacon and pin it in place with a toothpick. When you grill it, some of the cheese seeps out and glues the slice of bacon on. When it's done, pull out the toothpick and throw the damn thing on a bun.

So f'n good.
