Just put the taters on to boil... got my can of eight year old Libby's corned beef. I am going to feed my kids in -ooh lemme see- 30-45 mins.

Hehe, they liked it. In the end I phone my mother and got the recipe for the scottish version of this (stovies). It's a blast from the past for me too... while watching the Simpsons, so it went down without too many problems.
Er. May need to pop to the chemist for a bucket of Gaviscon tho. |
