I have been searching through the forum for the best mesh to use with the Nazdar 2700 inks! Does anyone have any sort of definitive answer for the most suitable range? What has every else been using when printing boards and what are the pro's and cons?

Not sure of the pros/cons stuff, but most everyone who prints 2700 on decks uses around a 230 mesh count.

I use 230-250. monofilament. I also use retarder in my ink which thins it.

I've never used thin inks...I thought retarder was to slow down the drying time/stop it dying on screen...does it also thin the ink?

yes, it thins the ink too. BTW, I use 2700 also. by far the best deck screenprinting ink IMO

you want thinner for solvent inks, just add water if it's waterbased ink.
