what type of ink are you using? If it's plastisol you should be able to stretch it pretty far without any cracking . . . . I only wonder cause it takes around 30 seconds to cure a shirt in our dryer . . . |

well, what i do is after the shirt is printed i put it under the unit, then by the time i print the next one the shirt under the unit is almost done. then after all the shirts are printed i put them each back under for about 45 seconds. then they are cured. |

wow. so there's no wash out or anything? Thats pretty cool if the shirts survive the stretch test, and you built a pretty lo-tech unit and it worked. |
