Hello All,

I'm an illustrator looking to start up a project printing t-shirts. I've researched a wide range manual screen printing carousels available in the U.K and all seem to be very expensive!!! Recently I stumbled upon a company in Australia called Nehoc who supply a 4 colour 1 station jig for roughly 300 pounds. Can anyone advise me on this particular machine,
I've added a link to their website, also would i be able to use a flash dryer with this jig? any help would be appreciated,

Best Wishes!!

Don't know much about that press but wood can only last for so long.
Just bought one of these, works great and Im not afraid of it breaking or mis registering. Very strong and cheap price for a 4 color press.

FREE SHIPPING is a deal. Not sure if that holds true in the UK though

(Hey I didn't get free shipping on mine. Oh well)

I wouldn't but the wooded press, especially if it's that expensive. Real screen printing equipment should probably cost around $1000 for a press, that's new. I acutally used to have the press that Sik Circus bought off ebay (did he try to defraud you too? We had to get the feds involved) and it woked for two colour jobs, after that it got a bit iffy regarding registration. one thing that press doesn't have is an off contact adjustment (that keeps each screen at a designated height off the shirt) which will make a major difference in multi colour work.

There has to be someone in the UK, or definitly on main land europe that sells screen printing equipment. check to see if Vastex has a Euro office, they make a killer table top unit that's not to expensive. If you consider doing some contract work you could easily shell out three times what you would pay for the wooded crapper, and pay for a thousand dollar press in a month or two. And yes a flash cure unit would eventaully destroy that press considering wood and heat/moisture doesn't work. Kiln dried printing press

and it's a total piece of junk. With a circular diameter ofr maybe 12" there is no way you can fit 6 21" wide frames on that thing, plus the balance will be so off that it will probably tip over. If you are going to be printing 6 colours your press will probably be around 8' wide, that allows enough rotation and room to hold screens big enough to do a front print. Beware of equipment like that, a press that physical size can maybe do 4 colours.

There is actually a screen printing expo going on in Cabridge UK in the next little bit, there is a post on gigposters.com under screen printing about it, you could find a decent tabletop there, or call Vastex because they build excelent equipment.
