Plastisol has a cleanser solution that kinda works. A pressure washer is kind of needed, also the emulsion washes out sometimes wrecking the screen. qfx red emulsion doesn't wash out though it is the good stuff. You are probably having to wash them after every run, the problem is that plastisol is made to be used in the same screen for 24-72 hours. For big commercial runs mainly. It does the best shirt prints though so whatta ya gonna do? |

If you just want the ink out, and that's it, just use some ink wash. I think it's like 30.00 a gallon or so, but just pour some into a spray bottle, and it goes a long way. |

we use press wash from cci for ink color changes, or for storing with our inks in our screens, for reclaiming we use a nazad fv130 I think it is, 1 squirt and the ink jsut runs, truly amazing but has a slight odor... |

Get mineral spirits. works great for plastisol. Buying "screenwash" is a waste of $$$ |

there are a lot or health problems with mineral sirits, and it is desinged to thin oil based products, plastisol is not an oil but a plastic...
but if you are low on funds go for it...
