Hello

So finally i ordered a Santa Cruz Jason Jesse Guadalupe Reissue
And i was happy as hell untill i got the Packaged open
The Deck is quite wortless it has ha very short tail and is almost
totally flat ARE ALL THE REISSUES LIKE THIS ??? If they are
Good luck SC.

I have Powells and SCs from the late eighties and the tails are huge
and real deep. The shop owner said they should be like
this bit i find i hard to belive...

Yeah, all the reissues are from the same mold. Nothing like the old missle concaves back in the day.

If you want something with the big tail, look on ebay for santa cruz blanks. There's a few sellers that have them. Pretty cheap too. They range from '89 to '90 era sc decks.

Thats horroble i just have a hard time beliveing it
The Powells Classic Reissues are better aren`t they?

I understand that maybe early 80`s decks are flatish
but i grew up with the Huge tails from 86-91 and i remember
some of the Cheap China boards early in my skate "career"
and i hated the concaveless flat low quality shit.... shivers

The Funny thing is that the Nose loooks totally ok deep and right
but the tail is a joke

Is the Natas Designarium the same?
Are all Old School New made Decks like this?

the powell reissues are really mellow concave and tail. The nose is just a spoon nose, not kicked up or anything.

The nose on the SC decks seems really stiff compared to the tail. I noticed that too.

Your best be would be to get one of those blanks or have something custom made from factory 13.

I got the impression that the Classic Reissues had quite Deep concaves.

the K-10 isn`t that acceptable for an Oldschool rider???

I thought you were talking about the spoon nose classic reissues. those are just like the originals. The k-10's are just pool shapes with the classic graphics. Those seem alright, but not like the old sc tails.

Im Sorry if im unclear... English is not my native language...

What i meant is are the Powell Classic those with the Double kick Flat also? i kinda understood that the k10 concave could be quite acceptable?

And what kind on concave does the new Powell Peralta Lance Mountain
And Ray Barbee have?

And the powerlyte Knox 8,88 and dressen 8,88 Do theyhave any Concave?

And i really appreciate the Answers!!!
