Howdy, So how would one cure ink on tshirts at home? The screen burning and cleaning seams straight forward, but I havnt found any home curing instructions online as of yet..

if you cant afford a flash dryer right away, you can always use a heat gun. It will take way longer, and you have to be careful not to burn the shirt, but it works. |

Hey, thanks for the tip on flash dryers, i had thought they only did what was termed 'pre-curing', that is not final curing quality, i take it that is NOT the case and you can complete a cure with a flash cure unit?

All my shirts are cured with a flash dryer. You don't really need a conveyer dryer unless you have a lot of room and cash. You can get cheap or used flash dryers on ebay. I think i paid like 300 shipped for mine, and i havent had any problems at all with it. |

Ive been using a heat gun for some time, and it does the job just fine
Just keep the thing moving so you dont burn a hole in your shirts
Stretch the print alittle to make sure it doesnt crack, that way youll know if your plastisol is cured or not
Just dont try a print run of 100 , your wrist will fall off |
