And he has a day job...
Yah, 6 of them—and he recently dropped two other tribute bands.
He may also be building bearings right now and zero'd the stock on his site until he has them all done and ready to ship.
Hoping I can talk him into doing another run of his Black Hole wheels. They were the best ever! When he ran out, Chuck Hultz put out his very similar Pi wheels which were also amazing—made at a the same place, just slightly different—but almost unnoticeable—shape and performance. Now that Chuck has stopped making Pi wheels I need Black Holes to come back.
Both those wheels with Rockets onboard are the best thing I'd ever ridden in 43 years of skating.
I can't imagine how I'd be skating today if I had those back in the day. |

I have a set of PI's that I might let go for cheap. Only used a couple of times.
I just like Rainskates. |

Surfaces suck in Ontario from the snow, ice and salt/sand from the winter. Even at the skatepark. I prefer a bit softer wheel. |

Isn't there a killer indoor park near the boarder?
I've heard the kidney pool in Thunder Bay is still smooth and they have a nice indoor vert ramp! |

Thunder Bay? That’s like 16 hours away by car.
And it’s indoor right now is not an option. Ya know? With COVID around. |

Been patiently waiting for the new batch of Rockets. Unfortunately, now the account of his site is suspended and offline.
New website coming soon??? Hopefully. |

Bought some ceramics from him not too long ago. He had them to me really quick and they're fast and smooth. Cheers |

Ron always comes through but he has a lot to do. Patience pays off even though he is usually fast as fuck!
You are very lucky to get the ceramics.... the time that goes into making just a several sets is insane!! He should be charging $300 for those! |
