yeah i know....the funny thing is, you can timeline the change in styles of the tshirt world if you go chonologically according to purchase date and size. in 93 and 94, bands would look at you like you were crazy if you wanted to buy anything but an XL shirt! slowly, more and more bands would also make size L, and then M. then by 98, most bands would make a little of every shirt size! really funny stuff!

Hey xskatecontrolx, the show you got the damnation shirt at, was it the CMJ show with Jade Tree, Art Monk Const. bands? If so, I was there. One of the best shows I ever saw. Damnation was awesome. I was there with my friends in Walleye, and they broke up on stage at the end of their set (much to the dismay of most of the band). |

goooood tiiiimmes! yes that totally was the same show! too funny!
also, there was this woman named chrissy piper that did a lot of band photography back then, and i'm actually visible in one of the lifetime photos from that show that she used in her book "unheard music"...funny stuff

My best memory of that show was Mike DC coming on stage and like 3 kids jumped on him. He's so huge that it barely even bent him over. He looked like fucking master blaster. It was crazy because we were going to just go up and come back after the beginning, but Liftime had to borrow my friend Joey's bass amp, so we ended up staying for the whole show. I'm glad we did. |
