doing other tricks to learn a 360 flip isn't going to help much.
You wind up in front of your board probably because you are going too slow and you drop your front shoulder.
scoop and flick. |

THE trick is 97% in the backfoot scoop, and just every so lightly flick your kick. Thats it. |

This trick done properly requires some man powered leg muscles developed by years of skating, so just keep at it, its all muscle memory. |

Haha, same here. I used to have 360 flips so consistent. After a 6 or so year unintentional hiatus from skating, my legs refuse to land it now. I have come pretty close, but it is just not connecting. |

My secret was speed. I could never do these going slow, I had to have some speed and realy commit to staying right above the board. For some reason I could fakie bigspin flip before I could 360 flip. Maybe it gave me more to think about/less brainpower to consider bailing. |

Try going fakie first.
Fakie comes a lot easier. It´s like the board almost starts spinning by itself. No Shaolin power needed.
Must be about three months difference as i've learned them fakie first and later forward. |
