no pics as was entirely too famished to bother with anything other than my plate and a beer last night but...
we put a couple of tri tip roasts in our brand new dutch oven with the usual veg and merlot...
fuck me running literally the most tender roast I've ever had and trust me I love grilling me some tri tip but when its cold out I will for certain be using the dutch oven instead!!!
anyone else with rad dutch oven recipes or experiences?!
...and no I'm not referring to the nuclear blanket variety...

| We inherited 3 of them (different sizes) from my dead grandma. They do indeed cook well. Wifey does most all the indoor cooking...I'll see if I can pry some choice recipe gems from her. |

This is what we call a dutch oven in Texas. We use them mostly on camping trips.

| My wife wanted one for Christmas and I got it, but have yet to try it out. I like the open fire style that Taco is using up there. I hate cooking indoors...and indoor plumbing, for that matter. I wanna live free, fuckers!! |
