No Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies...My Wife Is A Genius

The other day I left the house to do emergency plumbing at my Mom's, and as leaving I said to my wife that it'd be nice to have cookies waiting for me when I get home. My baby did it for me.

We didn't have vanilla though, but she made the cookies anyways...and they were killer. Well, I duplicated the experiment tonight and the cookies are just as good, but BIGGER (her cookies are too small)!

The moral to the story is, just because you don't have all ingredients for something doesn't mean it'll suck if made without it.

The recipe is...
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C oil or margarine
1/2 C milk
3/4 C chocolate chips
Mix and bake 12-15 minutes at 350F.
