OK, it ain't been done yet, but as soon as I get my hands on a scrap deck.........
A while ago I dicked around with a bunch of scrap pieces left over from some inlay work I did and came up with this SK8r dood. I was originally going to inlay it into the corner of a picnic table I built this summer, but the decision was overturned by my wife. I'm OK with that because I'd rather do this in a blank deck to hang on the wall.
I picture it on bare wood thats stained to bring out the wood grain, and either 1) on the bottom in the middle of the deck, or 2) on the top with a two-piece grap tape job and in the location where graphics usually are.
Someday, hopefully in the not to distant future, I'll post a pic of the finished product. But first I need to find a scrap deck. |
