Hey Guys,
Here's a quickie I did this morning on an 8" x10" canvas. It's called "sunrise" and was done using paint pens. I'm using them up because I'm going to try and learn how to paint with brushes. It should be interesting, to say the least. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Thanks guys. Ya, it should be interesting learning how to work with brushes. I've only used them (I think) a couple of times....so it'll be "work" but (hopefully) fun as well. Marcus has been a huge help with all kinds of tips and info. sources concerning materials, techniques etc. The dude is one of the nicest people out there...thanks so much Honkey!! So anyway, thanks again and if ya' hear cussing from Ohio, you'll know it's me!!

Thanks so very much guys! I think I'm just about ready to give it a go, but I don't know about "tearing it up". Needless to say I'm a bit apprehensive, but fired up at the same time. So I might not have anything to show anyone for a while, but it should be an interesting period (on many levels). So again, thanks for the words and the encouragement.
Oh, and Goon...I'll be learning with Acrylics. Oils are a little intimidating at this point. Take care guys!
