My first Fu Manchu cd was 'The Action is Go'.
It has an old Glen E. Friedman photo of Tony Alva doing a frontside air. This is pretty much the hardest stuff I've heard them do. It's also the cd that older fans say Fu went metal. Whatever, but it rocks. They got Black Sabbath and Grungey fuzz guitar. None of the lyrics really seem to make that much sense which is maybe why they call it "stoner rock". Duh rock?, but nothing says a speed line through Lansdowne louder than 'Evil Eye'.
