Banana board

Skate art show/auction/fundraiser coming up at the local shop in July, and they had uncut blanks available to artists.....shaped this, dyed it with analine dye, and stenciled a banana.
Just clearing it now.


It is in celebration of my first board in 1976, a Cal240. 35 years since that 'banana board', and the passion still burns strong.
It's a rider, I hope whoever bids on it skates!!

Board is sick, great work!

Funny though...I'm digging the photo. The color of the deck/graphics, against the rust pitted red wagon, against the green grass...very cool in my twisted eyes. Good show sir!

powdered analine, mixed in water. it stains everything!
