"art" on demand is a soul robbing experience. There are those that thrive in that sort of environment. I wasn't one of them. I eagerly await the end of my booze slinging career, so I can be a weird old guy that skates around the neighborhood, listening to ugly music and making doodles no one will see.
 ...I'm that "weird guy" as described!! But, I wouldn't define Bob Marley's music as ugly !!

Coders were only mentioned because in small companies those responsibilities are required which is bullshit.
This is how it is at Nike.
Brand Manager (Associate producer)
Production Manager.
Graphic Artist.
Designer.
Art Director.
Visual Director.
Creative Director (Producer)
Vice President of Sales.
President.
Bigger the corp the more is at stake and the responsibilities are greater.
Smaller the corp or business then the jobs are all piled atop each other and the responsibility is just as great.

Webmaster/flash animator/coder are way off too. Those are broken out into Web Designer, Senior Web Designer; Web Developer, Senior Web Developer; Information Architect, etc. |

No, not at all.
At age 45 we would call you a Creative Art Director.
Your job is to show up, wearing cargo shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, clutching a bottle of Vodka and say "Lebron James is the new Darth Vader and I see a Death Star that looks like a basketball and he's playing 1 on 1 with a Jedi."
You then throw you Vodka bottle at the wall, stick you hands up into "victory symbols" and start singing Elvis leaving the stage music...
'DunnaDuntDunDuhn, DunaDuntDundun'
Turn, say "Now all you all go fuck you all"
And then you tell em you'll bill them $10,000 for your 35 seconds of showing up and being creative and walk out.
And that is based on something that I really did see once in a meeting in New York for a godless corporation.

"Oh please, oh please, pick me, pick me!"
That is a Globe job.
That job would actually lead somewhere.
After you spend your Saturdays tutoring the bosses kid to get brownie points expecting to one day be transfered to China to do the real skateboard graphics.

How about the National Artist/Digital Artist Skateboard Workers Party.
It would be NADP or NASI Party.
We could have uniforms, and maybe a smart flag. I like red, white and black with like daggers, black metal ruins, lighting bolts and maybe a few skulls?!?!?!?
I'm down, should I order us uniforms?
