Working freelance at my new "office" (aka my buddy with the cable modem's apt.) has presented a musical delimma - I'm a little bit country, hes a little bit gangsta.

My bluegrass and Richard Buckner makes him want to eat broken glass, and if I go home saying "yall gone make me lose my mind up in heyunh, up in heyunh" one more time, I may do the Nestea plunge off the highest rooftop I can climb to.

The one thing we both love is, suprisingly, metal. He leans a bit too far to the ghettometal crap of Korn, etc, and I'm about the grindcore/growler shit. ENTER THE DOOM! Come on Zodes, Slob, Shitty - somebody hook me up with a good stoner stream!

Hey TCB....you mentioned ghettometal, well the local "X" alternative rock stationed played a "rock" song with rap lyrics the other night and took calls on what we thought, well I called in and said it sucked. BIG TIME. BUt the D.J. insisted it was rock because of one metal sounding riff in the music. Like Beastie Boys. Well, it was Jay Z for crying out loud, "99 Reasons and the Bitch ain't one." So much for rock n roll these days. Sad days. Well, around here anyways.

If you're country and he's gangsta just throw in the Ghetto Boys first cd and keep it there. Of course you'll have to deal with the reverse racist lyrics of the era. To me, this was the funniest hip-hop to date.
