Well......maybe. First off I would like to get some ideas on what a good starter would be.
I have not a single clue about these so I don't know what would be good for beginners. Price range for one, etc. Links would help.
Also, what is the difference in screening when you can feel the printing on the shirt and when you can't feel it?
Thanks in advance. |

if you dont plan on buying a dryer, dont bother buying a press. in the words of Richard Kirby " a screen printer is only as good as his dryer"...

when you can feel it, it's most likely plastisol ink (most common).
if you can't feel it, it could be a few things:
1. Plastisol with softee added to it (making it soft to the touch),
2. Waterbased ink,
3. Discharge ink (basically bleaches the fabric),
4. CMYK Process ink (mostly only done on white fabric),
5. Sublimation. |
