I haven't used this for a couple years, and don't have any plans to pick it up again.
Ampeg SVT3 Pro, USA made (they went to Vietnam a couple years ago).
450 Watts, Tube preamp and SS power amp.

It's hooked up to an SVT410HLF, which is the good 4x10, built just like the big guys with the towel bar and everything. Super beefy. This is NOT the cheap 4x10 that the teenage metalheads get for Xmas.

$750 new at Center, usually 'bout $500 on CL or the bay.
It's in a 3-space road case, with a rad Sabine rackmount tuner. Super big bright display is good for onstage tuning.

It was a couple hundred new.
Anyway I'm over "performing" so this stuff is just collecting dust.
I'm into it for bout $1500, I'll sell for $800.

Not wanting to split it up, otherwise I'd offer to ship the head. For now it is a package deal, which means local pickup. Of course technically I am offering int'l shipping if you want to pay to have a bass cab professionally crated and shipped.....

Ha thanks - It has been chilling for like 2 years, I guess I should have got on it sooner!
And yeah you are right, the urge to "rock" only strikes like every 5 years or so, then I have to re-buy all the shit I just sold!!!! I had a big ass G-K with SWR cabs for my first band, then sold it hella cheap just to buy this rig a few years later! |
