| i love that red cock sauce. it's just sweet enough to taste before it burns your face off. I really like the citrus of the peppers and the smell of garlic before the heat. I would have to say Dave's insanity is pretty insane. I was dishing it out to kids at camp once and I was pretty close to being sued after some jack ass took more than a toothpick full and started choking. | Chili garlic Cholula is good on a shrimp po' boy, or anything fried. I use Frank's Red Hot Sweet Heat when I barbecue chicken. Aside from that, I don't know shit about hot sauce, but would like to find some good ones. Preferably not too terribly hot, with an emphasis on being able to taste the different peppers, etc. |
