i tried pull pork two days ago. i think i bought the wrong cut. i remember in the past using a pork roast. this time it was dry as a bone. i threw it out. ginger ale, root beer, beer, worstershire, onions, garlic, etc.
i think next time i will go outta the way to find a shoulder.
asa, we need to have a grill session this summer  |

Yep.. Working on 13 hours smoking 16+ pounds of Boston Butt.. More or less midnight here.. maybe another 9 hours till ready.. and I am doing this for DC's 50th.. so Give me a few days.. I'll post a bad ass (IMHO) slaw recipe! |
