Ok, I have a freezer full of free range lamb I got from my girlfriend's dad. He's a cattle farmer so he trades beef for lamb ect ect.
I have a shitload of chops and leg of lamb but tomorrow I'm doing chops.
Suggestions? All I ever do is grill it and put some salt, pepper and fresh rosemary on it. I want to do something different so give me some suggestions. A sauce maybe? |

Lamb chops and feta - delicious.
Mix lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Break up some decent feta cheese and add to the mixture, and spoon over freshly cooked chops. Eat with crusty french bread and green beans mmmm |

Sounds good to me. I've done something similar with chicken but never lamb. I was thinking something in the Greek style so this is a winner for sure. |

I tried this but with rib eye steaks. I took out beef to thaw by accident instead of the lamb. I added diced and seeded fresh tomatoes and diced mushrooms to the olive oil and feta mixture and slapped it under the grill to kind of melt the feta.
It was damn good. |
