Couple heads of broccoli, cleaned and cut.
Package of bacon, cooked and drained and crumbled.
Half of a white onion, diced into cubes.
Pepper Jack Cheese, to your liking.
Mix quarter cup of vinegar with half cup mayo and half cup of sugar. If it doesn't taste right, add more of what you want. remix, re-taste.
Put all this in a big bowl and mix.
Let sit for a couple hours.
Eat.
Poop.
(NOTE: I have found that with most salads that are not lettuce based, it's best to let them sit a couple hours, if not overnight, to let the flavors of the ingredients settle in and blend and get the best taste.) |

I've had this at many a BBQ. I've had it with raisins in it before. Raisins are good for NOTHING. |

Got some salad veg ready in the garden so gonna try this one later -
Chard
Butter lettuce
baby courgette
radish
broad bean
tomato
peas
red onion
lemon
mustard
black pepper
Everything bar the last 3 is grown out the back. I love growing veg but sometimes it's a struggle to get it eaten before it goes bad. Maybe I should invite everyone over for a salad party.
