I am using 110-120 mesh for printing decks with speedball ink (thick) i have baught some nazdar 9800 series and 9700 series and seems too thin for my 110 mesh... What mesh count would any of you reccomend?

speaking of nazdar ink, Is the 2700 series any good? If so for what application? |

go to the nazdar site and they'll have a spec sheet for you inks. And yes, your mesh is not dense enough. The ink runs right down and through it right? I had the same problem. |

you should be able to order screen fabric from a company called Sefar international.
I'm a print student in Atlanta and that's where we get all our screen mesh from.
