Well, I managed to print some more wheels over the last couple of days. I think that I am getting the hang of it. The first jig that I made did not compensate for the micro-adjustments that I would have to make for different sizes of wheels, so I made another one and it worked like a charm.
Now, all I think that I need is a new laser printer or ink jet that has the capability to print super dark on film. If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears.
