Take a BLT and put turkey, cheese and guac on it and that makes a California Club in Austin Texas at Thundercloud.
Put some sprouts and pepperoncini peppers on it and it's addictive.
One of the first things I eat when I am back in Austin.

Nah, I meant "Turkey bacon"...bacon made from turkey. |
