God himself must have created that sandwich.
I love them, I could eat one every day. |

Add a little freshly made guacamole.
Every time we make BLATs I end up passing out on the couch from overeating. |

Make one with goat cheese, springmix and tomato puree on toasted sourdough.
You're welcome. |

I like to add a few slices of fresh avocado and red onion, that is big time for me.

Fried green tomato, bacon, pimiento cheese, lettuce and homemade jerk mayonnaise.
I run this as a special quite often.
Highest of fives. |

1 egg.
1 Tbsp lemon juice.
1 cup vegetable oil.
1 Tbsp jerk seasoning (dry mix)
Add the egg, lemon juice, jerk mix and 1/4 cup of the oil in a food processor. Let 'er rip. Through the hole at the top of the processor, add, VERY SLOWLY, nearly a drop at a time, the rest of the oil. It'll take you a few minutes, but, it's worth the wait. Every so often, stop the processor and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula.
Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
WARNING! This product contains raw eggs. If you are a pansy about that sort of shit, you can use pasteurized eggs. |
