Saute your onions a bit before you add them to a burger unless you like that crunchy onion thing when you bite into one. Maybe marinate the peppers in balsamic, olive oil, thyme and oregano for a half hour and grill them before you chop them up and add them. Gives a sweet smoky flavour to them. That would rock. Careful with too much breadcrumbs as they tend to dry the burger out. If you do a blue cheese use Gorgonzola it's a bit stronger but melts really nicely.
Shit now I want a burger, it's only 7:30..... |

enough sriracha (Rooster Sauce) kneaded in with the meat to turn it very orange, then a shitload of powdered garlic. |

do a small dice on all yer veggies, just so it all blends together and gets happy. I like to add just a weeeee bit of italian style breadcrumbs for giggles, sometimes. |

Here's how I do it.
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1/4 lb of finely chopped THICK CUT smoked applewood bacon
1 egg
worcestershire sauce
little garlic salt
little black pepper
pinch of basil
pinch of rosemary
Mix it all up in a big bowl and form into patties. Grill that shit like you normally would.
Also, sometimes I will make up jalapeno cheeseburgers like my Pop used to make..
Instead of making a big patty, make 2 thinner patties. On top of one pattie, put a slice of cheese and sliced jalapenos. Put the other patty on top and seal the edges. Grill and enjoy a burger with the cheese and jalapenos in the middle! |

I just rub montreal seasoning all over it, then put some good cheese, then cover with large amounts of ketchup. |
