My sister makes jam every year from huckleberrys she picks in the mountains of northern Idaho. Sends me a couple jars every year for Christmas. It is SO good on PBJ's! Halfway through the first jar already, both will be gone in a couple weeks then another year-long wait for more.  |

Used to make probably 30 jars of raspberry jam a year- before moving away.
I've been stuck on sunflower seed butter of late...spoonfull after spoonfull.
Just an FYI - 1 cup pb, 1 cup sugar and an egg and you are in business with damn fine PB cookies. 12 minutes from stir to eat. |

THEY ARE THE BEST PB COOKIES HANDS DOWN!
I use:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups of jif's finest
2 eggs
Pinch of baking powder/soda
smoke a doob for 10 minutes and ouila'!

one of the most important parts of a pbj is the bread.
bad bread can fuck up the whole thing.
toasted sourdough, butter, creamy peanut butter, and the jelly of your choice. (i tend to lean toward strawberry)
delicious
the goober is hella grub to tho. i think its almost requisite to eat it with a spoon. |
