I'm not a fan of New Zealand beef though it has improved. "They" say Kobe is the best, but I've had just as good. Brazil and Scotland have some good beef as well. |

Out of the fridge after 2 days of dry aging
Trimmed and ready to butcher.
About 16 New Yorks and several baseballs—as well as some nice stuff for stir frys.
Grill shot (yah, I like my potato burnt).
Taking to the plate... nice 12 oz
Review: It was like fucking butter—so tender! Literally melted in my mouth. I've chewed pudding tougher than that steak. The flavor was amazing. |

Meant as a joke, as most of my posts are....Yeah, everyone knows all about all the bad shit they put in food. It's hard to get away from it, too much time, to expensive, I'll take my chances. If I live to 80 I'll be happy.
Slob, that looks delicious! Potato a little overdone for my tastes but boy that looks good, man. |

Wow those pics make me drool.
Did you eat the whole chunk yourself?
If I had such a piece of high quality meat I could do without any side dishes.
Just me and the meat . |
