Yeah, make sure you get the lift tickets in Denver!
Seriously.
We ended up getting screwed and paying full price.
If you haven't been in a while you will be shocked at how high they've gotten (winter park - 1 day pass - $92).
Go to Safeway in Denver to get discounted lift tickets.

Steamboat is killer if they are getting dumped on, also you used to be able to pick up multi park passes at gas stations in denver but I have not been back in awhile so I don't know if they still offer them.

Steamboat is killer.
I got to snowboard with Craig Johnson there about 8 years ago.
Super fun.

When I lived in Denver you used to be able to take the Coors Silver Bullet express train from downtown up to Winter Park. A cool way to down a few and just relax as it dropped you off right there. Riding the train was way better than I-70 any day. Train and lift ticket combined. Worth the extra bucks if you dont enjoy driving.

Yeah, it literally drops you off about 50 yards from the lift.

Thanks for the tip. Is Safeway a discount store?

Been a long time but I remember it being bad ass.
That was like 20 years ago though.

I never got to go to Keystone. They did not allow snowboarding when I lived in summit county, but now they do. Heard that the night skiing-boarding is awsome after a good dumping of freashies. I would try it if I were you.
