Im working with another guy possibly 2 on getting a small upstart board company going - just want to keep it local - get some artists work on some decks and make just enough $ back to do more boards - I want to keep it fun and NOT a business to make serious $
The problem
The last 5 names we have come up with are already "taken"
I use quotes because the names are not a .com as much as they are a fucking Zazzle page
www.zazzle.com will allow you , sort of like board pusher, to make decks
But I respect board pusher a hell of a lot more than zazzle - who the fuck knows how zazzle is even getting these crap decks made,,....
Anyway - Is it illegal or immoral to use a name we want if it's already in existence as a ZAZZLE board company ?
It seems like kids sit home on weekends - draw up a few shit graphics and think they run a board company cause ZAZZLE will print up a deck as long as someone agrees to buy it first
wtf?
Someone set me straight please? we are pretty pissed about this already. If it was a legit established company with a .com or dot anything address we'd move along - but this zazzle shit doesnt count does it? |

I see no issue with using a lesser name. I also doubt that Jr sitting at home would have the finances or want to fight over a name, hell they would probably just change theirs to something else a few years down the road anyways.
I spent almost a year deciding on a name for a small board company . I finnaly settled on DEAD HOOKER. |

This thread got me into the company again, this time I did something about it.
Until I get the proper supplies to do it the right way I set up a board pusher account.Just look for Dead_Hooker in the shop list.

| Yeah, I know. I also wanted to do screened decks and not heat transfer but funds and time with finishing school have put a damper on that. I just wanted to at least get started and see where it goes. My wife said to focus on geting school wrapped up and then put all effort into doing it the right way. |
