i used 1 beer to cook with, drank one while cooking....ate 4 brats, the half can of cranberry and drank one more with the food.
*saved 2 brats for Tiffany along with the other half of the cranberry sauce, she wont want it though.  |

set burner to meduim/high heat
pour 1 inch of beer in pan, simmer and turn frequently for 10 minutes
drain off the beer and continue to turn brats til desired brownness |
