That's the way to do it, a good blend if ever I saw one, and the Poblano or Chipoptle add a good bassy flavor to the mix. No apologies neccesary...
The last chili I did had 4 minced Habanero, a dozen Serrano, half a dozen Jalapeno, 3 Cayenne, and 3 Anaheim chili. Well rounded, and twice as hot upon exit...
I love hot sauce, and yet have never once felt the appeal of Tabasco. Pure heat, little flavor. I'll use it to Doctor up my Cholula (or whatever the name is, I've got 3 big bottles in the Pantry). I'm interested in the Tabasco chipotle, I'd not heard of that before. |

stone double burn habernero..... its great!! not really hot.... for a minute, then it kicks in. so for like 45 seconds its all taste, then the hurt. I love it. its great with some grilled sausage, or on a chip.... or some really sharp cheddar... yum... im a stone fanatic, but its because its some bad ass shit.

anything from this place is good, but i have had the colon blow... we got it to hook up some nacho-sauce at work. and it worked well.

Best chilli sauce I've ever eaten...my friend Pete's 50 chilli blend, all grown right here in Wales. Each time you try it it's different due to the complex blend. Thick and strong with seeds and colourful chilli pieces...delicious.
