| I'd like to have one or two to screw around with making some of my own prints. I have all the equipment for T shirt printing, so I'd like to try my hand at printing some boards as well. |

you can get mesh from tons of places online. Even ebay maybe. Depends on what ink your using but I'll assume its something like nazdar 9700, plus retarder to keep it from drying in the screen, which makes it runny. I've used 256 with the nazdar 2700 with decent results.(it was thinned with retarder)
google for the mesh.
the d20 frame plans are on boardcrafters yahoo group. You can prob find a link on here in a recent thread about screen plans or some shit.
Really if you want to make printing easier, try to get in with a cool mfg, get some veneer to print on flat, then send it back to be pressed. Shipping it around sucks, but so does printing on pressed decks and exposing/making curved screens.
You'll need some large masking tape(like pallet tape screen printers use) to protect the graphics and maybe a vacuum table to hold the veneer down as it tends to not stay flat.

| I print my veneers in the flat before pressing the decks. works out good. so if you screw one up, it's not a wasted board, or one to rework. |
