Does anyone know what price skate shops in the UK pay for decks and wheels from the distributor? |

what do the distributors get them for?
if it's about half of what shops get them for, then distributors are getting them for around 12 - 15 ($18 - $22)which would barely cover shipping and customs (from u.s. companies).
when i first moved here i tried to work out if i could 'import' decks from the company i was involved with in the u.s. but, it's just not financially feasible for a small company. |

sure it is, I could ship about 5 boards to new zealand for about $40. Might take 4-6weeks but they will get there. Granted i have a small company so the final cost per deck to an over seas distributor would be about $32. Considering in new zealand boards sell for $120, it doesnt seem like a bad deal. |
