so, we've had a pork tenderloin sitting in the freezer, I took it out to thaw.... the old lady says "oooh, lets stuff it with that spinach we've got".
So I took it, stuffed it with a mixture of chopped spinach, mushrooms, chopped garlic, and Monteray and Oaxacan cheese.
came out friggin awesome-
Then I topped it with a mushroom gravy-

That's rad! Next time, split it, stuff it with chopped garlic, Feta cheese and fresh basil. Tie it off, and baste it wit a mixture of butter, lemon and southern black sauce. (Moore's, Dale's Pilliteri's, etc...)
p.s., Black Sauce is not racist. It's a traditional and regional take on soy/worcestershire sauce. |
